Age Verification Policy
Vapeeno sells only to adults aged 18 and over. Here is how we make sure.
Three checks
1. Site entry: every visitor confirms their date of birth before browsing.
2. Checkout: you enter your date of birth again and confirm you will present your CNIC.
3. Delivery: the courier checks the recipient’s original CNIC. No ID, no handover.
What we don’t do
We don’t deliver to schools, colleges or other educational institutions, or within their immediate vicinity.
We don’t design products, packaging or marketing to appeal to young people, and we don’t use influencers who appear under 25.
Reporting
If you believe someone under 18 has bought from us, tell us at support@vapeeno.com. We investigate every report. Last updated October 2026.
