You must be 18 or older to browse, buy or receive products from Vapeeno. We verify age with a date-of-birth check online and by checking your original CNIC on delivery.

Orders are cancelled and refunded (less any non-refundable payment fees) if age cannot be verified, or if the recipient appears to be buying for someone under age.

All prices are in Pakistani rupees and include applicable taxes and duties. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by WhatsApp, SMS or email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is shown in error, or we suspect fraud or resale to minors.

To discourage bulk resale, we limit each product line to 10 units per order.

We currently accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. For bank transfers, orders are dispatched once funds clear.

Cash-on-delivery orders refused at the door without a valid reason may lead to future orders requiring prepayment.

We sell only genuine products sourced through authorised channels. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners.

Specifications are taken from the manufacturers. Battery life, puff counts and coil life are estimates and vary with use.

Use devices only as described in the manufacturer’s manual and our Health & Safety guidance. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of Pakistan.
